Description

Regional Transportation District (RTD) is hiring a rail training and instructional design professional to develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve technical training curricula for light rail and commuter rail operations and maintenance employees. The role covers classroom, hands-on, eLearning, blended, and simulation-based learning; translates complex rail-system requirements into effective learning solutions; collaborates with subject matter experts and operational, safety, and regulatory stakeholders; supports instructors; and may require disaster-response, night, weekend, and multi-location work. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, at least three years of relevant training or instructional design experience, a valid Colorado driver's license, and proficiency with LMS platforms, Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office are required.
