Description
The Railcar Loader assists in transferring and loading materials into railcars at operating rail stations, verifies loading and unloading, supports inventory control, routes railcars, communicates with forklift and Pettibone operators, and may operate the Rail King equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English and arithmetic skills, manual dexterity, teamwork, flexibility for overtime and weekends, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical lifting, standing, walking, and heights up to 10 feet. The position also requires compliance with PPE, safety rules, documentation, and good housekeeping.
