Description
PSC Group is hiring full-time Railcar Repair Technicians to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while performing repairs. The role involves interpreting work orders and blueprints, using mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge, coordinating materials and equipment, following safety and environmental policies, and meeting AAR, ARS, and customer quality standards. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, but a valid driver’s license or TWIC card may be required depending on the work location. The schedule is Monday through Friday day shift with some weekends required, and the position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
