Description

ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Railroad Switchman in Fort Worth, Texas, for an immediate hire. The role operates track switches, inspects tracks and switch points, couples and uncouples railcars, replaces heavy connectors, coordinates with train crews and yard personnel, and follows safety procedures in an outdoor rail yard. The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders and stairs, open availability, and successful background, physical, and drug screening. Two to three years of rail experience is desired, while switching or conductor experience is preferred. The schedule is 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with weekends and holidays available, and the starting pay is $21.37–$24.04 per hour.
