ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Railyard Operations Manager to lead daily railyard terminal operations, coordinate railcar loading and unloading, verify inbound and outbound trains, manage ramp crews, monitor LPH performance, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, oversee scheduling and workforce planning, and coach staff. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, outdoor railyard work, strong safety and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and successful background, physical, and drug screening. Starting pay is $60,000–$65,000 per year, with 12-hour rotating shifts and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
