The employer is hiring three ground-handling positions: Ramp Agent, Passenger Agent, and Operations Agent. The Ramp Agent handles aircraft servicing, baggage, vehicle charging and refueling, and driver duties; the Passenger Agent handles flight preparation, check-in, boarding, lost-baggage claims, and customer service; the Operations Agent coordinates aircraft start-up and towing, load sheets, dispatch, ground-air communication, and push-back operations. A driver's license is required for the Operations position and preferred for the Ramp position, while B1/B2 English is required for the Passenger and Operations positions.
