Description
Cape Air is seeking seasonal ground-handling crew members for April 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, with potential year-round transition. The role involves safely boarding and deplaning passengers and luggage, marshalling aircraft, communicating with pilots and ground operations, coordinating with TSA and law enforcement, handling hazardous materials and emergency procedures, operating ground equipment, driving a passenger shuttle bus, and maintaining customer relations. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have basic computer skills, strong communication and customer-service abilities, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds; airline work and reservation-system experience are preferred.
