Description
The Ramp Assistant I provides customer service and hands-on ramp support at Naples Airport Authority, including safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting passenger baggage, cargo, and other items; assisting with airline arrivals and departures; coordinating with customer service, dispatch, and other operational personnel; and following airport safety procedures. The role requires a Florida driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related customer service experience, vehicle operation ability, two-way radio communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds in outdoor and ramp environments.
