The part-time Ramp Assistant I provides customer service at Naples Airport Authority, welcoming passengers curbside or gate-side and assisting with luggage, directions, catering delivery, and vehicle relocation. The role also coordinates valet parking, lifts and moves baggage and cargo, prepares back-of-house supplies, and communicates passenger movements to customer service representatives and dispatchers. Applicants need a valid Florida driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related customer service experience, vehicle operation ability, two-way radio communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
