Sheltair is hiring a Ramp Hostess/Concierge to provide customer service and ancillary services to passengers and flight crews at the Executive Terminal and aircraft parking ramp. The role includes greeting aircraft, directing customers and crews, coordinating rental vehicles, assisting with luggage and aircraft servicing, supporting departure preparations, and ensuring fuel and service orders are completed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer service or line service experience, a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen.
