Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Singapore to develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL optical processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving yield, performance, and reliability through data-driven methods such as Design of Experiments and Root Cause Analysis, while collaborating with process, integration, customer, quality, reliability, and vendor teams. Responsibilities include hardware characterization, data collection, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and implementing mitigation plans. The position requires strong analytical and experimental skills, may lead functional teams or projects, and involves approximately 25% travel; relocation is not eligible.
