Description
The FMDS Engineer will implement and manage Functional and Mechanical Design Safety (FMDS) policies and studies across client, project-management, and industrial-partner levels. The role covers safety and FMDS deliverables such as safety plans, AMDEC, fault trees, BDF modeling, and FMD tracking; defines safety requirements; applies CENELEC standards and the STPG decree; and updates documentation based on client feedback. The position requires a master’s degree or equivalent significant experience, initial FMDS engineering experience, strong communication and organizational skills, fluent English, and knowledge of specified FMDS and safety-analysis tools.
