ONE&ALL Church is hiring a part-time Rancho Cafe Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, California to oversee day-to-day cafe operations, onboard and support team members, manage scheduling and training, maintain guest and team experience aligned with church values, and handle grocery/supply purchasing and budget-related financial transactions. The role requires church attendance, agreement with the Statement of Faith, Sunday availability, cafe or barista experience, coffee machine experience, customer service, communication, and basic math/administration skills; a high school diploma and food service manager card are also required.
