Ocado Technology is hiring a full-time, office-based Range Service Specialist in Sofia to manage the lifecycle of thousands of grocery SKUs, maintain accurate product databases, analyse robotic performance metrics, refine enabled-product lists, evaluate new items, and annotate training data for AI-driven robotic picking. The role collaborates with Product, Supply Chain, Partner Success, and Engineering teams and requires on-site work in the Sofia robotics lab. English proficiency, analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and organisational skills are essential, while spreadsheet, Jira, technical aptitude, and interest in robotics and AI are preferred.
