Description
FOI is hiring a Workshop and Range Services Technician to build, manufacture, and assemble test objects and test setups; operate machinery and special vehicles; perform fire-prevention and practical field work; and participate in experiments and tests involving explosive goods on land and at sea. The role is based mainly at the Grindsjön test facility south of Stockholm, with outdoor work and occasional travel, and requires physical fitness, heavy lifting, Swedish and English communication, a category B driver's license, and recent construction or civil engineering experience. It is a permanent position with a possible six-month probationary period and requires Swedish citizenship and security vetting.
