Description
The Domestic Violence Rapid Rehousing Case Manager at Shelter House provides critical support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and/or human trafficking who are homeless due to fleeing abuse. This role involves assessing needs, connecting survivors to resources, facilitating housing stabilization, and offering wraparound services addressing various needs like legal, medical, and financial assistance. The case manager works collaboratively with survivors to achieve individualized goals, utilizing a client-centered approach rooted in trauma-informed care.
