Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Rapid Reaction Innovation Lead to serve as the senior technical integrator and innovation lead for a nationwide ecosystem of Theater Edge Innovation Labs and enterprise innovation hubs. The role guides the rapid development, integration, testing, and transition of non-standard logistics, autonomous systems, ISR-enabled sustainment, AI/ML tools, edge computing solutions, and other emerging technologies into operational use. The Lead will coordinate with Combatant Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands, operators, engineers, acquisition stakeholders, and industry partners; establish federated lab governance; support fielding, training, and sustainment; and enable capabilities in denied, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth environments. The position requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 12–15 years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces, Joint, or Combatant Command operations, with up to 25% travel outside the continental United States.
