Jericho Project is hiring a Rapid Resolution Coordinator in Manhattan to provide direct case management and rapid-resolution support to low-income veteran families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The role uses Critical Time Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction; coordinates housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and community resources; provides crisis intervention and post-placement follow-up; and supervises and trains junior case management staff. The position is exempt, pays $66,300 annually, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, related experience, and familiarity with NYC and veteran housing resources.
