Description
Shady Grove Medical Center is hiring an experienced Rapid Response Registered Nurse for its Intensive Care Unit. The role provides critical-care support, responds to rapid-response calls, activates emergency codes, supports interdisciplinary teamwork, identifies at-risk patients, analyzes rapid-response data, and contributes to quality improvement and evidence-based practice. The position is variable part-time at 12 hours per week on a 7 p.m.–7 a.m. night shift with every-other-weekend rotation, and pays $37.17–$55.76. Applicants need a licensed registered professional nurse status, at least three years of acute-care nursing experience, BLS certification, and CCRN or CEN certification within six months of employment.
