Rising Ground is hiring a full-time RAPP Hub Coordinator in Queens to provide individual, group, and crisis counseling; facilitate workshops and presentations; develop trainings for schools, parents, and the community; maintain case documentation; and participate in peer leadership training and supervision. The role requires an MSW or MHC, with LMSW required within six months of hire if the MSW route is chosen, along with clinical assessment, counseling, intimate partner violence, adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and anti-oppressive practice skills. The position offers a $70,000–$72,000 salary, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a hybrid work arrangement at the Queens Hub and Far Rockaway Hub site locations.
