Rising Ground is hiring a full-time RAPP School Coordinator to work independently at a DOE middle or high school campus in Queens during the academic year. The role provides direct counseling, education, crisis support, classroom workshops, and training for staff, parents, and community members; maintains case files; collaborates on the summer RAPP Peer Leader program; and participates in supervision. The position requires an MSW or MHC, with LMSW required within six months of hire, along with clinical skills and knowledge of intimate partner violence, teen relationship abuse, adolescent development, and trauma. The schedule is Monday through Thursday in an assigned school, with Friday work conducted virtually or at a company hub, and the salary range is $70,000–$72,000.
