Acuity Insights is hiring a fully remote Ratings Operations Associate in Canada to support the end-to-end operation of reviewing and rating Casper written and video assessment responses. The entry-level role involves preparing rating work, performing recurring checks, monitoring progress, supporting French-speaking raters, updating systems, investigating and escalating issues, maintaining documentation, and identifying process improvements through AI and automation. Candidates should be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with structured repetitive work, clear communicators, curious problem-solvers, professionally fluent in English and French, and comfortable using AI tools.
