Acuity Insights is hiring a fully remote Ratings Operations Associate in Canada to support the Casper assessment rating operation. The role involves preparing and monitoring rating work, conducting routine quality checks, responding to rater questions, investigating and resolving operational issues, updating systems, maintaining documentation, and identifying process improvements using AI and automation. It is designed for an early-career candidate who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and French, comfortable with structured repetitive work, and able to exercise judgment and communicate clearly.
