Prevailance is hiring a Program Manager to lead the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet Readiness Assistance Training Team contract. The role manages the RATT workforce and resources across multiple geographic locations, coordinates shipboard support and event timelines, monitors contract performance, and oversees personnel and technical management for a dispersed Navy readiness effort. The position is based in San Diego, California, with possible travel, and requires extensive federal service contract, Navy ship leadership, technical management, maintenance, and shipboard experience, along with a post-graduate degree and SECRET clearance. The salary is $100,000 to $140,000.
