Description
Mapbox is hiring a Data Quality Analyst to review customer feedback about search, navigation, and map data; perform root-cause analysis using satellite imagery, OpenStreetMap, and ground-truth sources; edit OSM and internal data; triage and close feedback items; escalate out-of-scope issues; and produce analysis reports. The role requires strong English communication, analytical ability, knowledge of traffic rules and road signs, and the ability to work from the office during the initial probation period. OSM editing, SQL, Python, JavaScript, low-code, AI workflow tools, Jira, Confluence, and a valid driver's license are welcomed or advantageous.
