Description
The role coordinates with the Lead Buyer to identify cost-saving opportunities, manages material planning and supplier availability, monitors shipments, supports new materials, leads supplier quality and alternative-source programs, mitigates supply-chain risks, controls CUD and inventory levels, and supports ESH compliance. It requires a bachelor's degree in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field, experience in non-production materials, logistics, or tire manufacturing, planner and SAP experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, negotiation and contract-management skills, project-management experience, analytical ability, and English proficiency.
