Description
The Raw Material Developer at ALO leads the development, testing, validation, commercialization, and supplier management of high-performance fabrics for men’s and women’s apparel. The role owns seasonal fabric development programs, wear-test workflows, technical material selection, mill relationships, development tracking systems, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with design, product development, production, and sustainability teams. Candidates need at least five years of fabric development experience, expertise in knit and woven constructions and textile testing standards, and proficiency with Asana, PLM systems, and Excel. The base salary is $90,000-$105,000 per year.
