Description

High Tech High is hiring a full-time or part-time RBT/ABA Support Assistant to support students with diverse needs in a classroom setting. The role provides one-to-one assistance, implements behavior intervention and crisis plans, collects behavior data, delivers individual or small-group instruction, monitors progress, and supports teachers and students. The position pays $29.30 to $35.73 per hour, may work up to 35 hours per week, and does not initially qualify for benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED, Registered Behavior Technician Certification or equivalent ABA training, and an associate's degree or higher, or equivalent coursework and academic assessment.

More than six months of experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis
