ABA Express is hiring an RBT/Paraprofessional to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. The role includes collecting session data, maintaining intervention-plan fidelity, communicating with families and supervising BCBAs, and participating in new-hire check-ins. Candidates need at least six months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, ABA data-collection experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers $22–$25 per hour, flexible scheduling, professional development, RBT certification support, and opportunities for growth in the Denver Metro Area.
