Description
Carelinks ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, communities, and clinics. The role involves implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, using play-based and naturalistic strategies, collecting data, participating in supervision and training, and communicating with BCBAs, families, and team members. Candidates must have RBT certification or availability to complete 14 days of training, pass a background check, maintain at least 15 direct billable service hours per week, and be available Monday through Friday when possible.
