Hope Autism Clinic is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in Huntsville, Alabama to work directly with children ages 2–8 with autism spectrum disorder, teach them using applied behavior analysis, communicate progress with families, track session data, support individualized communication and early-learning goals, and assist with group activities. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background clearance; an RBT credential is preferred. The position pays $18–$20 per hour, with experienced RBTs up to $21 per hour, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
