Pure Infusion is hiring a full-time Senior Payment Accuracy & Reconciliation Specialist for its onsite corporate-office Revenue Cycle Management team. The role posts manual EOBs in AdvancedMD, manages deposits and bank reconciliations, tracks missing EOBs, oversees offshore ERA posting, supports EFT enrollment, and processes insurance and patient refunds. Candidates need at least three years of medical payment posting experience, familiarity with AdvancedMD or similar systems, knowledge of CARC/RARC codes and payer adjustments, and strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
