The Revenue Cycle Services Representative provides customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services at Arnett Hospital, including registration, insurance verification, and release of information. The role follows departmental productivity, quality, and service standards and requires patient registration knowledge, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to meet objectives. At least one year of hospital or physician revenue cycle experience is preferred.
