The Maryland School for the Deaf is hiring a full-time RCYCP Supervisor for its Frederick campus. This 11-month position supervises Residential Child Care Program staff, creates schedules, coordinates special events and field trips, reviews timesheets and overtime, supports students and families, conducts building inspections and inventory checks, handles emergency situations, and oversees staff evaluations and training. The role requires eight years of relevant residential experience, one year of supervisory experience, fluency in American Sign Language, and RCYCP certification; the salary is $48,974 to $80,642 per year.
