The role is responsible for meeting operational goals, recruiting and managing associates, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, managing external relationships, implementing corporate policies, and stewarding company resources. The position requires a multi-shift schedule, physical work in a warehouse environment, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, seven years of distribution operations experience in a large-volume automated center, five years of leadership experience, management-team recruitment experience, budget management, safety compliance, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
