Description
Subaru is hiring a Regional Distribution Center Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a parts distribution center in Florence, New Jersey. The role manages shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse and office operations, vendor oversight, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety, continuous improvement, and employee relations, while providing strategic direction for parts strategies and supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager. The position is onsite five days per week, with 30% warehouse and 70% office work, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 8–10 years of experience. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
