Description
The RDC Performance Instructor is a DC Operations Team Member responsible for training new hires, rotating through departments, teaching industrial powered equipment, coaching associates, maintaining safety performance, supporting process improvements, and performing standard warehouse operations. The role requires experience training others and operating powered equipment, with preferred qualifications including a high school diploma or GED, leadership experience, distribution center or warehouse experience, warehouse management system troubleshooting, spatial reasoning, and industrial powered equipment trainer certification.
