Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is hiring a Case Manager/Skills Trainer to support justice-involved individuals reentering the community and workforce through the Next Steps program. The role provides one-on-one case management, employment skills training, community advocacy, job-search planning, referrals, and business-partnership development, with travel across the Albuquerque metropolitan area and surrounding New Mexico regions. Applicants should have a degree or experience in social services, and individuals with lived experience or corrections experience are encouraged to apply.
