Description
The Reach Program Coordinator oversees community-based prevention, diversion, and early-intervention programming for girls ages 11–17, supporting administrative operations and therapeutic services. The role provides direct therapy, care management, psycho-educational groups, family counseling, crisis intervention, documentation review, referrals, and wrap-around care; it also supervises therapists and the Reach team, coordinates professional development, monitors compliance and reporting, and builds community partnerships. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, Florida mental-health licensure or registered-intern status, three to five years of youth counseling experience, and a current driver’s license.
