Description
Pace is hiring a full-time Therapist to provide community-based prevention, diversion, and early-intervention services to girls ages 11–17. The role delivers individual, family, group, crisis, and wrap-around care; develops care plans; conducts assessments and documentation; collaborates with schools and community agencies; and advocates for girls and families. It requires a relevant master’s degree, three to five years of experience, a current driver’s license, appropriate mental-health counseling or clinical social work licensure or registered-intern eligibility, and knowledge of youth and family laws. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a starting salary of $62,000–$65,000.
