Payward is hiring a React Native Mobile Engineer to own the motion, interaction, and performance layer of the Kraken consumer mobile app. The role develops and evolves motion primitives, gesture handlers, transitions, haptics, and sound; partners with product designers; optimizes rendering on lower-end Android devices; and contributes to UI responsiveness and architectural decisions. Candidates should have deep React Native fluency, strong motion judgment, a portfolio, and experience with AI tools; React Native Skia, native bridging, motion libraries, visual design, and high-stakes fintech experience are preferred.
