The role focuses on React application architecture, technical supervision, complex feature development, code reviews, performance, security, accessibility, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and improvement of development standards and CI/CD processes. Candidates need significant React and technical lead experience, strong TypeScript and front-end architecture skills, knowledge of state management and distributed APIs, testing and DevOps experience, a master’s-level degree or equivalent, and fluent English.
