Citi is opening applications for a returner role in its Reactivate Your Career Program focused on application development and software engineering. The role involves identifying and defining system enhancements, using scripting tools, analyzing and interpreting code, and developing front-end and back-end web applications. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, and exposure to AI-assisted development tools. The program began in September 2026 and includes induction, professional development, and a four-week learning period; eligible candidates must have been on a career break for at least 18 months and be eligible to live and work in India.
