ISS is hiring a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator for a six-month fixed-term full-time contract in Melbourne, Victoria. The role coordinates reactive maintenance work across telecommunications, banking, finance, and manufacturing, triaging requests, assigning suppliers or technicians, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, managing quotations and service reports, escalating risks, and providing updates to Facilities Managers, customers, and end users. Candidates should have a trade background or strong technical services knowledge, experience in service coordination or facilities support, and familiarity with work order systems and CMMS platforms.
