The Reading Interventionist is responsible for instructing middle and high school students in foundational reading skills, collecting data, and fostering overall academic growth with the goal of closing achievement gaps and achieving grade-level proficiency. This role involves leading small-group instruction using research-based curricula, administering assessments, analyzing student data, communicating progress to families, and actively participating in coaching and professional development.
