The Los Rios Community College District is hiring a part-time, temporary adjunct faculty member to teach real estate courses and support student learning, assessment, curriculum development, faculty governance, and professional development. The role may include courses such as California Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Property Management, and Real Estate Economics. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of related professional experience, or an associate degree with six years of related experience, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
