Ani Real Estate is hiring an independent-contractor real estate broker to represent buyers, sellers, and renters in the Chicago Metro Area. The role includes lead follow-up, showings, offers, negotiations, client communication, and maintaining organized transactions through closing, with CRM and transaction-manager support. Applicants must hold an active Illinois Real Estate Broker license or be in the final steps to activate it, and must be coachable, ethical, reliable, and available for showings. Compensation is commission-based on a 1099/independent-contractor basis.
