Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Real Estate & Facility Management Performance Manager to identify improvement areas, lead transformation projects, prepare business cases and decision documents, develop harmonization concepts, and coach the REFM organization. The role requires a relevant degree, several years of professional experience, REFM subject-matter expertise, transformation or project-management experience, German and English C1 communication skills, and approximately 10% travel.
