Description
Dean Mead is hiring a Real Estate Finance Attorney for its Orlando office to represent banks, financial institutions, and other lenders in commercial real estate lending and finance transactions. The role covers drafting and negotiating loan and collateral documents, managing transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing, reviewing title and other due diligence materials, identifying legal issues, and advising clients throughout the process. The attorney will also have opportunities to work on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and related matters. The position requires at least three years of relevant transactional legal experience, lender-side experience, familiarity with commercial lending documents and the Uniform Commercial Code, strong analytical and communication skills, and admission to practice law in Florida.
