The role is a senior real estate controller responsible for analyzing profit, cost, and value developments; preparing management reports; owning budget and forecast processes; developing business plans and investment plans; supporting strategic portfolio planning; monitoring KPIs; and improving reporting and planning standards. The position requires a relevant degree, professional controlling experience, real estate metrics and financial modeling knowledge, strong Excel and reporting skills, and excellent German and English language skills.
